Enterprise-Grade Security for Small Business: Introducing Nexus Ops

The SMB Security Gap

Small businesses are in a tough spot. They face the same threats as enterprise giants—ransomware, phishing, zero-day exploits—but they can't afford a $50,000/year contract with Palo Alto Networks (PANW) or CrowdStrike.

They often rely on basic antivirus or, worse, nothing at all.

The Nexus Ops Solution: BYO-VPS

We are building Nexus Ops to bridge this gap. We provide the "Manager" (a lightweight Rust agent) and the "Wizard" (a centralized dashboard), but you own the infrastructure.

How It Works

  1. You Buy the VPS: Get a cheap $5/mo server from Hetzner or DigitalOcean.
  2. We Install the Agent: Run a single command from our dashboard.
  3. The Agent Takes Over:
    • It locks down ports using Tailscale (no public exposure).
    • It deploys OpenClaw and other security tools via Docker.
    • It reports health and alerts back to your Nexus Ops dashboard.

Nexus Ops Architecture

Why This Matters

This architecture allows us to offer Enterprise-Grade Security at a fraction of the cost. We act as your "Security Control Plane," giving you visibility into your network without requiring you to hire a full-time SOC team.

Stay tuned for the beta launch of the Nexus Ops Agent.
